Truncated
Mimicking the form of a tree stump, this sculpture reflects on ‘crip time’ (a term coined by disability theorist Alison Kafer) and the disorienting yet also expansive nature of this temporality. The twelve mirrored segments and twelve root-like extensions radiate outward to mark cyclical rhythms.
